Associate Salesforce Lead

Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities: 

  Solution Development: 

  • Develop scalable and maintainable code on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies. 

  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows. 

  Integration & Automation: 

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs using REST/SOAP services, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), or custom solutions. 

  • Implement automation solutions using Apex triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs. 

  Testing & Deployment: 

  • Design unit tests and assist in system and user acceptance testing (UAT). 

  • Use DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, or Gearset for source control and deployment. 

  • Ensure high code quality through peer reviews and adherence to coding standards. 

  Maintenance & Support: 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. 

  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing Salesforce implementations. 

  Qualifications: 

  • Required: 

  • 2+ years as a Senior Salesforce Developer

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. 

  • Strong command of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. 

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II a plus). 

  • Experience with integration tools and APIs (REST, SOAP). 

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools. 

  • Preferred: 

  • Core Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud or Sales Cloud. 

  • Experience working in a professional services or consultancy environment. 

  • Knowledge of Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or other specialized clouds.  

  • Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and data architecture.
