We are seeking a Associate Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Waltham, MA.
Job Summary
The Associate Salesforce Administrator will assist with daily operations, maintenance, and enhancements within Salesforce. They should possess a foundational knowledge of Salesforce's capabilities to provide effective solutions for stakeholders. At times, they will collaborate with Salesforce developers on the team to address more advanced technical requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as the role involves addressing both strategic goals and tactical challenges. The ability to prioritize and manage work and routine administrative tasks is key to success in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Perform routine user account management (e.g., user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions).
- Assist in configuring standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to senior admins when necessary.
User Support

System Enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in testing and deployment of new Salesforce features and updates.
- Assist in maintaining integrations with third-party applications and tools.
- Other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
- 0-2 Years of Salesforce Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and a passion for CRM systems
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience and familiarity with business applications, CRM systems, and systematic tools is a plus
- Salesforce Associate Certification is a plus
This position offers a total compensation range of $90,800.00 to $93,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
