Field-based associate medical device sales role supporting neurosurgical and spine products. Responsibilities include maintaining existing business, identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, educating customers, supporting experienced sales representatives, and driving account growth. The role is designed for recent graduates or candidates entering medical device sales and includes product and field sales training. A valid UK driver's license is required, with travel expected 80% of the time.

We are currently looking to identify top talent in the UK for an Associate Sales Representative position. This role would be ideal for a recent graduate, or someone looking to break into the industry.

We have a great opportunity in the exciting and fast paced medical devices market with our Neurosurgical specialty. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business while at the same time identifying and developing new sales opportunities in Neuro and Spine. You will be working closely with an experienced sales team, helping to develop & foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales team to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts, and always display exemplary customer service and patient focus.

  • A degree ideally in a science or business-based subject is advantageous, or equivalent level experience
  • Some sales or business experience would be ideal but not essential

United Kingdom Pay Range:

  • £28,800 - £48,000 GBP Annual
