What You Will Do- Support surgical cases in hospitals by preparing and providing Orthopaedic products during procedures.
- Build relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and healthcare professionals to support customer needs and drive territory growth.
- Execute territory plans to increase product usage and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into active customers.
- Develop product expertise and deliver technical information to support clinical decision-making.
- Maintain product availability and coordinate logistics to support scheduled surgical procedures.
- Analyse territory performance and implement actions to increase market penetration.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to grow market share and expand customer engagement.
- Minimum 1 year of sales, business development, account management, retail leadership, hospitality sales, recruitment, or customer-facing commercial experience.
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent professional sales experience.
