Position Purpose:
Manages order-related activities for assigned B2B customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, effective customer communication, and compliance with global and local operational processes.
Your key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage customer service activities for assigned customers, including forecasting, order management, complaint handling, and dunning, in line with internal standards and customer-specific requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders using the relevant systems and tools
- Monitor the order-to-cash process for assigned customers to support operational continuity and compliance
- Maintain proactive and solution-oriented communication with assigned customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Coordinate with Commercial Directors, supplying sites, and other internal functions to support smooth execution of customer orders and related activities
- Support visibility of customer priorities within the organization and help ensure internal stakeholders understand account-specific requirements and business relevance
- Report technical complaints and transport deviations within defined timelines and according to established processes
- Prepare for and participate in S&OP meetings, providing relevant order, forecast, and customer information
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Sales Operations processes and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with applicable operational, quality, and control requirements across all activities
What you will bring to the role:

- 2 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, order management, project coordination, or related functions, ideally in a pharmaceutical or GCC environment
- Good understanding of end-to-end sales and commercial processes, including order-to-cash workflows
- Experience working with customer orders, internal stakeholders, and operational systems
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong communication and coordination skills
