We're looking for an Associate of Sales & Incentive Compensation Analytics to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?
What You'll Do
The Sales Analytics function sits within the Business Operations team at Flatiron. Business Operations acts as the partner to revenue leaders at Flatiron for Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Incentive Compensation, Deal Desk, and Order Management across the company. We're nimble problem solvers that love working with stakeholders to scope and solve business problems, and continually work to make processes and tools more efficient and easier to use.
As the Associate, Sales Analytics, you'll partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Deal Desk, and Sales to administer our incentive compensation program and provide analytical insights to Business Operations and Sales leadership.

  • Administer incentive compensation plans for Flatiron's Sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate calculation of quota attainment and payouts.
  • Provide analytics and insight to Sales and corporate leaders to measure the effectiveness of incentive compensation plans to inform Sales strategy and staffing decisions throughout the year.
  • Support territory management and quota setting processes in partnership with Sales and Operations.
  • Ensure accurate crediting for Sales activity and enforcement of internal policies through effective data management and governance in our internal business systems, including Salesforce and Looker.
  • Identify opportunities to scale our incentive compensation programs through tooling to standardize crediting and payout calculations, and provide Sales with real-time insight into performance.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or related function
  • You have excellent analytical skills and are able to break down complex data into clear and actionable insights
  • You have a high attention to detail and strive to continuously improve data quality and processes
  • You have strong communications skills, with the ability to synthesize, simplify and explain complex problems to different types of audiences
  • You have demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • You are action and results oriented, with demonstrated ability to make things happen


Extra credit

  • You have experience working with Looker or similar BI tools, and are comfortable with SQL
  • You are familiar with Incentive Compensation principles and have experience owning payout calculations

Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $88,000.00 - $132,000.00
Preferred Primary Location: NYC Headquarters
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
