Summary:
Responsible for managing the end-to-end claim process, including logging claims, verifying claim documentation, coordinating with finance and stakeholders, processing credit & debit notes, resolving disputes, and providing timely reports to ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Validate and input claim all channel in the system and Ensure AP Claim process on time
Provide updated status of deals & GST (Goods and Services Tax) disputes by weekly
Provide account statement reports by quarterly
Ensure payment for RDs’ claims supported with approval and documents required.
Ensure all RDs’ claims/reimbursements operating procedures in line with approved accounting practices and SCJ guidelines and promote controls on AP Claim process reimbursement.
Ensure payment for RDs’ claims supported with approval and documents required.
Controlling finance management to distributors related to AP reconciliation
Responsible for end month AP Claim Report.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s in related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance
