What You'll Do
The Sales Operations & Analytics function sits within the Revenue Operations team at Flatiron. Revenue Operations acts as the partner to revenue leaders at Flatiron for Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Incentive Compensation, Deal Desk, and Order Management across the company. - Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve sales processes, tools, and ways of working. You will help drive solutions from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Identify friction points and refine current workflows to simplify how the sales team interacts with Salesforce and other tools in the sales stack
- Implement and oversee sales pipeline management processes to ensure data integrity for accurate forecasting
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide sellers and leadership with insight into the performance of the business and areas of opportunity
- Analyze sales data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities that inform leadership decisions, while also serving as the primary point of contact for cross-functional reporting and ad-hoc data requests
- Create documentation and materials that help our commercial team understand what is changing, and why
