Job Title: Revenue Marketing Manager - SEO & Paid Media
Location: Guadalajara, MX
THE OPPORTUNITY:At Salesloft, our SEO and Paid Media Coordinator will be pivotal to our company’s success. As a core member of our talented digital marketing team, you will directly contribute to driving demand and future revenue growth.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of Salesloft’s global SEO and paid media strategies. You will be a part of the Revenue Marketing team and will work closely with the Sr. Managers of paid acquisition and lifecycle campaigns, as well as our content and website development teams, to implement organic and paid initiatives that drive visibility, traffic, and leads for Salesloft’s Revenue Orchestration Platform. Specifically, you will:
- Execute technical and on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing meta-data and content, as well as regularly scanning and fixing of missing site tags.
- Regularly monitor SEO performance via SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4, reporting on key performance indicators and identifying new opportunities for improvement.
- Regularly manage advertising spend v.s. established budget, working with internal and external partners to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Build new paid media campaigns in LinkedIn, 6Sense, and paid search platforms.
- Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance and identify new opportunities for improvement.

THE SKILL SET:- Executional Focus: You’re a doer, and an improver. You love being part of a nimble team and doing the technical and tactical work that drives the success of an integrated digital strategy. With 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing, you are eager to help build and implement campaign plans, and enjoy contributing to the continued optimization of organic and paid digital marketing efforts.
- SEO Proficiency: You understand what it takes to drive a successful SEO strategy, and you’ve been rapidly evolving that understanding as AI increases its impact on search. You have a technical SEO background with at least 5 years executing SEO strategies. You are comfortable using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, along with GA4 for analysis and optimization. You’re comfortable working in a CMS to update meta data and make on-page updates. Most importantly, you thrive in bringing key insights to your teammates.
- Paid Media Campaign Production: You have hands-on experience with campaign production across Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and 6Sense display.. You’re very comfortable setting up new ad campaigns, and monitoring both spend and campaign performance.
- Data into Insights: You have a strong passion for data and reporting, and can effectively use analytics to support campaign planning and identify areas for improvement. You’re comfortable pulling data from multiple platforms like SEMRush, GA4, LikedIn, Salesforce and more to help the team understand performance. Your analytical skills and dedication to optimization will be essential in driving our digital marketing achievements.
- Team-Oriented Approach: You thrive in a team setting, collaborating with various resources to achieve campaign goals. You will work across teams and alongside senior managers to support critical marketing initiatives with effective execution.
- Proven Trackrecord: You are certified in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and a couple other relevant digital marketing platforms. You can easily share examples of successful SEO and paid media efforts that you’ve managed and can speak to their impact.
- Continuous Learning: You are motivated to learn and improve, applying data and insights to refine execution tactics. Your willingness to adapt and learn new technologies is valuable for driving campaign performance.
- English Proficiency: You have strong English language proficiency and can communicate effectively and easily with global teammates. Your proficiency specifically includes digital marketing and demand generation terminology that enable you to ensure successful collaboration and campaign execution.
Salesloft's Revenue Marketing team is ultimately responsible for driving quality pipeline, and is composed of passionate B2B marketing professionals dedicated to transforming the buyer-seller dynamic. As part of our team, you will contribute to Salesloft’s overall success by effectively executing key campaigns and foundational digital marketing initiatives.
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:- Participate in Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation to understand our company culture.
- Meet with your manager to discuss role expectations and initial tasks.
- Review Salesloft’s basic positioning, messaging, and target audience information.
- Gain an understanding of Salesloft’s campaign execution processes.
- Gain an understanding of Salesloft strategic roadmaps and priorities.
- Begin executing tasks related to organic search and paid media campaigns under guidance.
- Collaborate with the team to support the implementation of digital marketing plans.
- Apply initial learnings to optimize ongoing campaign execution based on data insights.
- Start taking responsibility for specific campaign execution elements.
- Execute on defined campaign plans for growth and lifecycle initiatives, contributing to key pipeline metrics.
- Support ongoing SEO execution, including technical updates and content optimization.
- Support initiatives to manage paid media execution, applying data-driven insights.
- Become a reliable resource for the execution and alignment of paid and organic campaign activities.
- Begin supporting overall CRO efforts across campaigns and key web pages.
- Contribute significantly to Salesloft’s revenue growth through the effective execution of organic and paid campaigns.
- Be an integral teammate across the entire marketing org with regular support of key content, web and campaign initiatives.
