As an Associate in our Restructuring practice, you’ll be involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging deals, often spanning multiple jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in insolvency, restructuring and litigation support through exposure to working with lenders, investors, companies and their advisors in distressed and urgent situations.

Navigating Responsibilities
- Business Involvement: High-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters.
- Support Engagement: Assisting with day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures;
- Analyze, Investigate and Forecast: Compiling and analyzing books and records, conducting an inventory of assets and dealing with claims of creditors; performing cash-flow forecast, financial analysis and financial investigations
- Craft Materials: Drafting sections of detailed, complex reports and documents for Courts, creditors and stakeholders;
- Project Monitoring: Monitoring progress and ensuring completion of client work to statutory and client deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate
- Current Degree Pursuit: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
Qualification & Experience: CA and/or CPA qualification with minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in restructuring/ forensic accounting/ insolvency advisory field.
- Problem Solver: Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems.
- Analytical Thinker with good writing skills: Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
Pro-active; self-motivated and collaborative: Good business sense and a proactive, can-do attitude; Driven, self-starter that can work collaboratively.
Master in confidential information handling: Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.
