Job Overview: 

At Khoros, we believe that our success is directly tied to the value our customers experience from our products and services. Our customer renewals serve as an incredibly valuable moment in time to secure revenue as well as drive further expansion.  To lead this initiative, we are searching for an Associate Renewal Account Manager. This role will sit within our Sales Organization and be a close partner with Customer Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and customers to ensure that value is realized and that the customers are set up for continued success.

Some responsibilities include:

  • You will own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships
  • You will actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments
  • You will maintain and report an accurate rolling 180-day forecast of renewals
  • You will negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align to business goals on Bronze Tier accounts (under $250k)
  • You will discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth
  • You will communicate risk clearly 
  • You will serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product

You might be a good fit if:

  • 1+ year of quota-carrying experience (e.g., Renewals, Account Management) or experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS organization
  • Shown discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience handling a pipeline and closing large contracts ($100K+)
  • Approaches work with a creative, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in procurement and/or contract management 
  • Experience managing renewals and exceeding KPIs working alongside, or in collaboration with a customer success team, or similar
  • Self-motivated, proactive, energetic team player
  • Takes an active interest in increasing customer NPS and deepening customer relationships 
  • Extraordinary time and process management skills, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks


This is a United States-based, remote position; however, at this time we are not able to consider candidates living in the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

The base salary range for this role is $50,000-$57,000 with a commission variable. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
