End of Lease end-to-end vehicle sales process, going from next maturities review, FMV quotations, vehicle remarketing, to end user billing and sales report, meeting and complying all business policies and needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Portfolio End of Lease maturity monitoring and review by customer.
- End to end process requests for Remarketing and sale of vehicles.
- Coordinate vehicle collection to supplier facilities.
- Customer service to any End of Lease requirement. Escalation of any other additional requirements.
- Collaboration with internal business partners on any defects in process.
- Responsible for having all the vehicle sales properly documented meeting metric expectations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 to 3 years business experience is required. Must have strong problem solving, business judgement and decision-making skills. Must be organized with ability to multitask with good time management skills. Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills are also required.

- Possess, at least, medium English level.
- Strong demonstrated project management skills and analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to programs and apps designed specifically for Element Fleet
Knowledge and Competencies
- Result Oriented and decision-making skills required
- Ability to work under pressure. Discretion and good judgment to respond to all requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and user level application knowledge, data entry and typing skills and be familiar with general office equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster teamwork and relationships
