Title:  Associate Recruiter 

Reports To:  Senior Recruiter 

Position Summary: As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a key role in the talent acquisition process, supporting the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top candidates for various positions within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and assist in building a strong candidate pipeline. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline. 
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on company websites and other platforms, ensuring they are appealing and informative. 
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and timely updates. 
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance sourcing and hiring strategies. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Experience Sourcing/Recruiting Professional Services field preferred 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. 
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 plus benefits and 401k match
