Associate QA Engineer

We are looking for an Associate QA Engineer(Entry-Level / Fresh Graduates / 0–2 Years) to join the Software Quality team in a fast-paced, growing company. What you will deliver

• Participate in requirements review and understand new feature development for Mobile app and Web.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases
• Identify, document, and track software defects
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Perform regression, integration, and performance testing
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
• Maintain test documentation, reports, and logs
• Stay updated with testing tools and QA trends

• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience are welcome—a strong understanding of QA/testing concepts and mindset is a major plus
• Knowledge of at least one Object oriented programming language like Java , Python
• Demonstrated interest in AI-driven testing approaches, with the ability to learn and integrate AI concepts into QA workflows
• Experience or familiarity with Selenium, Postman, JUnit, or other modern testing tools is a strong advantage.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and understanding of backend data validation techniques
• Exposure to API testing and user interface (UI) testing across various platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling seamless collaboration across teams
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-driven and dynamic environment, with a proactive learning attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Internship or academic project experience in QA is a plus
• 0–2 years of professional experience in software testing
