Your Role at impact.com:

As an Associate Publisher Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of identifying and nurturing the next generation of high-growth partnerships that fuel our global commerce engine. You’ll solve the puzzle of how emerging publisher models can drive value for world-class brands, acting as both a commercial strategist and a relationship builder. This is a vital role for someone eager to shape the future of the partnership economy while managing a portfolio of high-potential partners from the ground up.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive revenue and GTV growth by identifying and setting up new, high-potential publishers for long-term success on our platform.
  • Manage a strategic portfolio of growth-oriented partners, building deep relationships and making tailored brand recommendations to maximize their performance.
  • Analyze emerging business models to uncover new partnership opportunities and provide data-driven insights to the wider Publisher Development team.
  • Collaborate with global internal teams to share knowledge on partner trends and advocate for product features that improve the publisher experience.
  • Support major account strategies by partnering with Senior Managers on high-impact projects, reporting, and publisher events.
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in account management or business development, ideally within the digital marketing, affiliate, or SaaS industries.
  • 1+ years of experience working within the publisher landscape.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand diverse business models and communicate value effectively to external partners.
  • An analytical mindset that allows you to dive into data and feedback to make informed recommendations for publisher growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Collaborative spirit, with a desire to work across global functions and support team-wide initiatives.
