This Position reports to:
Service Project Management&Tendering Man
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

This role contributes to the Electrification Service Business and is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Leading the project team allocated to the project.
Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risks, ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Ensuring the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
Qualifications for the Role
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Professional Project Management certifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for power distribution and electrification products, including medium and low voltage systems.
Advanced proficiency in MS Project and MS Office suite, with proficient command of applications such as MS Excel and MS Project.
Ability to manage conflict, negotiate effectively, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
Effective communication and negotiation skills; able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Malaysian citizens or those with a valid Malaysia professional work permit.
