Responsibilities:
- Manage projects for Navixus Client projects including kickoffs, task management, schedule management and budget management
- Compile and deliver internal, partner and client facing status reports
- Effectively monitor and manage project issues and risks
- Assist Engagement Managers and Directors with customer roadmaps and technology assessments
- Coordinate customer requirements sessions
- Create project documentation and deliver client presentations
- Serve as a trusted adviser to the Client
- Ability to meet tight timelines and budget restraints
- Assist with creating training materials, reference guides, playbooks and more.
Qualifications for success:
- 2 or more years' experience of Project Coordination or Project Management experience
- Agile Scrum Master experience preferred
- Industry experience with Genesys, CXone, Avaya, Aspect, Amazon Connect, Cisco or other contact center application vendors is highly desired

Applicants can expect to make between $70,000 to $90,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description.
