As a Conversational AI Developer at Navixus, you will be responsible for Conversational AI tool design approaches, configuration, and coding and unit testing.
Qualifications For Success:
- 2 or more years of experience as a conversational AI Developer (must have experience with Google Dialogflow or Omilia)
- Experience using API calls to extend functionality and integration with other services
- Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment.
- Understanding of contact center operations, customer service processes and challenges in these environments.
- Experience testing and quality assurance of AI / IVR solutions
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to concepts in the rapidly evolving field of AI
- Other AI developer experience with one of the following IBM Watson Assistant, Amazon Lex, Nuance Mix, and/or other NLU platforms is a plus
- Agent Assist experience preferred

Applicants can expect to make between $120,000 to $140,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description.
