  • Gather additional information needed to evaluate requests and understand business impact.

  • Coordinate meetings to review requirements, proposed solutions, and completed functionality.

  • Document meeting outcomes, action items, and follow-up activities.

  • Maintain visibility into product initiatives, customer-impacting issues, and development progress.

4. Product Testing & Release Support

  • Participate in reviewing completed functionality before release.

  • Partner with customer support and billing operations to understand recurring customer challenges.

  • Investigate reported product issues and help determine whether they are defects, training opportunities, or enhancement requests.

  • Document common product workflows and frequently asked questions.

  • Assist in creating internal training materials and product demonstrations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows, reduce manual processes, and enhance the user experience.

6. Product Ownership & Continuous Improvement

  • Take ownership of assigned product enhancements, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, development coordination, and release validation, with guidance from the Senior Product Manager.

  • Develop an understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management, including claims processing, payment posting, denials, and reporting.

  • Become familiar with healthcare EDI transactions, including 837 claims, 835 remittances, and claim acknowledgments.
