Role title: Programmatic, Associate
ROLE PURPOSE
The Programmatic Associate is responsible for managing campaigns on programmatic platforms for clients, which includes strategy, setup, implementation, and monitoring across the various DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) used. This role is fundamental within the digital strategy of a communications group and works closely with teams from other media channels.
This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu's agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.
TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Collaborate with account teams to manage campaigns across various DSPs, including trafficking creative assets, tags, naming conventions, and other elements necessary for campaign implementation.
Set up campaigns in DSPs based on the established strategy and monitor their delivery.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and campaign malfunctions.
Upload campaigns and perform quality control doing data quality assurance via Q&A checks.
Monitor campaign pacing and ensure they meet the predefined objectives.
Generate reports in collaboration with media vendors to perform reconciliations for billing purposes.
Analyze campaign data and propose optimization suggestions.
Review and execute campaign optimizations.
Work with media vendors to analyze purchasing opportunity proposals and campaign optimizations.
Prepare campaign result reports, data analysis, and identify potential adjustments to optimize KPIs.
As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team.
You must also participate in the Offshore Team's peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are not located in that city.
QUALIFICATIONS
0 to 1 year of experience.
A bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics, will be valued.
Prior internships or work experience in a professional environment are preferred.
Knowledge of managing Programmatic DSPs, primarily Google DV360.
Understanding of basic Digital Marketing concepts.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical thinking, comfortable with data and mathematical skills.
Solution-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
Works well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
