We are looking for a talented and experienced Associate Program Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our Technology Services department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and overseeing programs and projects, ensuring smooth operations, and driving business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality services to our clients and fostering a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and navigating through challenging situations.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in project execution.
