The MasterCard Data & Services global product team is seeking an Associate Product Specialist to support the operational and administrative area of its leading thought leadership program: Digital Safari. This role will be part of the product management team within Learning and Innovation.
The Digital Safari Program.
The Digital Safari program is a premium global thought leadership program that informs, inspires and provokes attendees (typically senior leaders from issuing an acquiring banks).
The program provides real insight and foresight across key topics like digital transformation, leadership, agentic commerce, cybersecurity, AI, dgital assets and so much more. It's proven to help attendees gain a better understanding of new technologies, innovation strategies and methodologies. It de-risks strategic thinking and it encourages the development of innovative solutions and ways of working.
The Safari program is run across multiple locations including Dublin, San Francisco, New York, Singapore and London. Its speakers include leading academics from prestigious Universities like Stanford, UC Berkeley, Columbia, INSEAD, HKUST, London School of Economics, Stockholm School of Economics. Other subject matter experts are drawn from industry, fintech, research houses, consultants, innovation labs and the investment community.
The program has grown rapidly over the past 4 years and we are currently looking for a strong operational and administrative specialist that can help the program to scale further. This is a great opportunity to be an important part of a high-growth, diverse, agile and innovative team.
RESPONSIBILITIES• Ensure end-to-end operational, customer, and market readiness for the Digital Safari program - a premium Mastercard thought leadership offering - across multiple global locations and program formats.• Coordinates with internal stakeholders (Product, Regional leads, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Corporate Security, Meetings and Events teams) and external partners to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.• Ensures full compliance and readiness across all programs, including legal, T&E, Health & Safety, data privacy, brand, and security requirements.• Supports program scaling and operational improvement, creating repeatable processes, templates, checklists, and playbooks to enable consistency and efficiency across markets.• Supports efforts to ensure recoverability of essential business functions in the event of business disruption, including providing recommendations for modifications.• Partner closely with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high quality programs, including coordination across venues, logistics, supplier payments, and third party services.• Drive Salesforce activities, managing opportunities and projects from implementation through completion, ensuring delivery milestones are met and expectations are achieved.• Own post delivery execution, including survey reporting, reconciliations, expense reporting, time allocation, and project close out activities.• Support team scheduling, maintaining program delivery calendars
All About You• Agile thinker who can multi-task across multiple operational and administrative duties.• Can prioritize effectively, able to balance short-term needs with longer-term vision• Highly organized and detail driven, managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.• Naturally curious and comfortable with change and ambiguity • Have relevant prior experience (1-2 years) eg. in event management, financial services, payments, administration, technology.• Solutions-oriented skillset with the ability to enhance operational process.• Have a keen interest in innovation and technology.• Proven track record collaborating in cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results• Strong excel and Powerpoint skills• Strong appetite to learn with a high degree of self-motivation.• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Bachelor's degree or certifications that are relevant for the role.

  • Highly organized, detail driven, able to manage multiple complex workstreams
