We're a global leader in real estate technology, with a platform that empowers our clients to run every part of their business smarter. As part of our growing Product Marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to join a strong company culture that welcomes new ideas, values your work, and encourages you to be your whole self while you do it.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at MRI Software, you will serve as a strategic marketing leader responsible for telling the story of our products and driving successful go-to-market strategies. You'll be an expert in our market, customers, and buyers, translating their needs into compelling messaging and programs that resonate with sales teams, buyers, analysts, and influencers. You'll also bring an AI-forward mindset, embracing emerging technology and identifying practical ways AI can improve the quality, speed, and effectiveness of product marketing.

You Will:

  • Champion product adoption: Work cross-functionally with Product teams, Solution Leaders, Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Marketing to strengthen how MRI positions, pitches, sells, and drives adoption of its solutions.
  • Sales enablement: Develop the strategy for sales tools and enablement programs that support the selling process. Brief and direct the Global Delivery Centre on externally facing content such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and data sheets, as well as internally facing materials such as competitive battlecards, messaging guides, and training materials.
  • Product launches: Serve as the Marketing lead for major product launches, upgrades, and releases within your segment. Own the marketing launch strategy, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and direct the activities required to successfully bring new capabilities to market.
  • Demand generation and content strategy: Partner with Demand Generation and Marketing teams to shape campaign strategies for your segment. Provide strategic direction on messaging, audiences, and content, including thought leadership, white papers, eBooks, blogs, webinars, customer stories, and other programs that support pipeline and market awareness.
  • Market and competitive intelligence: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive capabilities, customer needs, buyer personas, and purchasing behaviors. Turn market insights into actionable recommendations for Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop internal and external product enablement: Lead internal training on products, capabilities, and market trends and support client-facing webinars, meetings, industry events, and user conferences. Lead cross-functional collaboration and provide strategic direction for supporting content.
  • Support thought leadership: Leverage market expertise, customer insights, research, and industry trends to shape compelling thought leadership and strengthen MRI's position in the market.
  • Embrace AI and emerging technology: Actively leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance product marketing activities, including market and competitive research, customer insights, messaging and content development, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution. Identify opportunities to use AI to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of product marketing programs. Experiment with emerging AI capabilities, share learnings and best practices with the broader team, and apply strong judgment to ensure AI-supported work meets expectations for accuracy, quality, brand alignment, and responsible data use.
  • Mentor and influence: Share product marketing best practices and provide guidance to junior team members while influencing cross-functional stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization.
