Job Summary:

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) with a focus on Product Readiness to join our Product team. This role combines traditional Product Management responsibilities with a focus on ensuring that product releases are well-communicated, well-supported, and fully adopted by both internal teams and customers.

This role combines traditional Product Management responsibilities with a focus on ensuring that product releases are well-communicated, well-supported, and fully adopted by both internal teams and customers.

 

The APM for Product Readiness will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to coordinate launch preparation, internal training, in-app guidance, and post-release follow-up. This person ensures that everyone—from internal teams to end users—has the information and tools they need to succeed when new features go live.

 

What You Will Do As A Associate Product Manager

 

Core Product Management

    • Collaborate with Product Managers to define and refine feature requirements.

    • Participate in roadmap discussions and help ensure timely delivery of releases.

    • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and support trends to inform future improvements.

    • Work with Engineering and Design to ensure alignment on scope, requirements, and priorities.

    • Support tracking and analysis of feature adoption and performance after launch.

 

Product Readiness and Communication

    • Coordinate launch planning activities across Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing.

    • Develop internal readiness plans that outline deliverables, dependencies, and timelines for each release.

    • Partner with Support to ensure Knowledge Base articles and customer-facing documentation are updated and accurate.

    • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to ensure teams have the training, talking points, and collateral they need for new features.

    • Manage internal product communications such as release notes, internal announcements, and FAQs.

    • Work with the Product team to plan and execute in-app guides that drive awareness and adoption.

    • Track adoption metrics and collect post-launch feedback from both internal teams and customers to improve future launches.

 

What You Will Bring as A Associate Product Manager

    • 2–4 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related SaaS role.

    • Strong understanding of product development and release cycles.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to make complex information clear and approachable.

    • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Support, Marketing, and Engineering.

    • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Pendo (or similar tools for analytics and in-app communication).

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member 

Pay Range*: 1,012,500 INR- 1,417,500 INR Annually
