Since 2015, Mejuri has reimagined what fine jewelry can be in a modern world—shifting it from a traditional gift to to a personal choice rooted in self-expression.

Founded by third-generation jeweler Noura Sakkijha, the brand was built on a simple idea: fine jewelry shouldn’t require a special occasion, and it should never come with guilt. It’s about celebrating yourself—your style, your life, your everyday.

Mejuri meets customers where they are—online, in app, and through a growing global retail footprint of 45+ stores worldwide. Mejuri is also deeply committed to doing things the right way, with responsible sourcing, sustainable practices, and philanthropic initiatives that reflect our values and long-term vision.

Join the Digital Product team as an Associate Product Manager (APM) and help build the tools, systems, and experiences that fuel Mejuri’s global growth.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with a Senior or Group Product Manager to define and deliver products that make our operations smarter and our customer experience shine. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across the organization to translate business challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You’ll also help shape how your pod works - creating a space where collaboration, accountability, and fun go hand in hand.

If you’re curious, collaborative, and motivated by measurable impact, this is your opportunity to take ownership of meaningful product areas and directly influence how Mejuri grows.

What you'll do:

  • Lead your cross-functional team to deliver measurable business impact through scalable improvements in metrics that you help define.
  • Champion the data your products and features generate, collaborating with the Data team to ensure it’s well understood and leveraged for business reporting.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover opportunities, design A/B tests and define success measures (KPIs).
  • Run and measure the impact of A/B tests to optimize the omni experience and drive key performance outcomes.
  • Translate business and product strategies into detailed user stories and requirements with developers and product designers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of features, improvements, and fixes by prioritizing effectively, managing scope, and ensuring clear communication.
  • Share insights and learnings both within your pod and across the broader organization.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Proven ability to define, measure, and improve KPIs at scale.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented — you dive deep into data and use insights to drive business goals.
  • Technical fluency with an understanding of system design and technical trade-offs.
  • Ability to manage a product roadmap with guidance from a Senior or Group Product Manager, planning at least three months ahead.
  • A collaborative mindset, actively seeking out diverse perspectives and aligning partners around a shared vision.
  • Strong execution skills - you know how to roll up your sleeves, pull the right people together, and get stuff done!
  • Understanding of omnichannel strategies, retail experiences, and consumer behaviour.
  • A passionate advocate for customer experience, balancing art and science to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership, inspiring the same approach within your pod.
  • Interest or experience in implementing automations and leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency.
  • Dedication to continual self-improvement and learning.

What We Do

At Mejuri, we're redefining luxury. Feeling disconnected from the traditional industry narrative, CEO Noura Sakkijha leveraged her learnings as a third-generation jeweller to rethink the way we purchase jewelry—for ourselves. From that founding moment, we’ve been putting a modern spin on a legacy industry through high-quality craftsmanship, timeless design, meaningful stories and an authentic sense of community. “I founded Mejuri because I saw a jewelry industry that was built for men gifting women and not women celebrating themselves. To me, the truest expression of Mejuri is mutual uplift: all of us supporting each other, and you, our community, feeling empowered to invest in yourself and, in turn, the community around you.” - Noura Sakkijha, CEO OUR VISION A world in which everyone feels inspired to celebrate more than what we're told. To recognize the moments and memories we experience every day that matter most to us.
