As an Associate Experience Product Manager, you will be contributing to the strategic direction and optimisation of digital member-facing experiences. The role will gather insights, manage documentation, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to continuous experience improvement.
This role is being offered as a 24-month max term contract.
What you’ll be doing
Conducting research and analysis on market trends, competitor activity, emerging product capabilities, and user behaviour to uncover insights and opportunities.
Preparing and maintaining product briefs, roadmaps, documentation, and planning materials using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and shared drives.
Tracking delivery progress by monitoring milestones, managing dependencies, and supporting coordination across product initiatives.
Expanding experience measurement by coordinating survey rollouts, managing feedback channels, and maintaining dashboards and reports.
Collaborating with data teams to interpret product data in context, translating findings into actionable insights that support prioritisation and value tracking.
Engaging stakeholders by preparing clear communications, leading cross-functional updates, and drafting performance summaries for internal audiences.
Synthesising research insights into actionable recommendations that inform decision-making across the product lifecycle.
What you’ll bring
Diverse experience with a proven ability to identify customer experience opportunities and deliver impactful outcomes.
A passion for digital products, customer experience, and product management, supported by real-world contributions.
Ability to apply analytical thinking to interpret data, uncover insights, and ask the right questions to support sound decision-making.
Strong customer focus with commercial acumen by aligning product decisions to customer needs, business value, and strategic goals.
Ability to solve problems systematically by breaking down ambiguity, finding practical solutions, and working iteratively to improve outcomes.
You can communnicate with clarity by translating complex ideas into clear, relevant messages for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams with a proactive, organised, and accountable approach to shared goals and execution.
