Maintain accurate data across HiBob, ADP Workforce Now, Storeforce, Yoobic, and Google Workspace. Resolve root causes, build lightweight automations with Google Apps Script and AI tools, administer HR programs, and collaborate cross-functionally with People, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Retail Operations teams.

Lead and coach the sales floor team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences; meet sales KPIs; manage daily store operations, inventory, transactions, and visual merchandising. Maintain product expertise, support campaigns, and ensure store standards. Bilingual French/English required; must handle physical demands and flexible hours.

Supports back-of-house order processing, inventory organization, merchandising standards, loss prevention, and store operations. Builds positive team relationships, communicates customer insights to management, and represents Mejuri’s brand values. This is a seasonal onsite role supporting the holiday period, with potential permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Provides warm, knowledgeable customer service in a Mejuri retail store, styling customers and promoting products and services such as piercing and engraving. Supports sales goals and KPIs, processes orders and BOPIS pickups, maintains back-of-house organization and inventory, reduces shrink, upholds visual merchandising standards, and contributes to a positive team environment.

Own unit sales forecasting and translate it into monthly receipt dollar needs across assigned pillars. Drive monthly S&OP, manage inventory coverage and size distributions, track forecast accuracy, handle lifecycle forecasting for new and existing styles, partner with Supply on inventory risk, and continuously improve demand planning processes and tooling.

Process semi-monthly payroll for ~400 Canadian employees in ADP Workforce Now; validate timesheets and employee changes; handle off-cycle payments, deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close (T4); respond to employee payroll inquiries; maintain compliant records; support audits and global payroll projects; identify process improvements and keep payroll data aligned with People & Culture and Finance.

Lead floor salesperson who delivers exceptional, personalized customer service, coaches and develops the sales team, drives sales KPIs, manages daily store operations (transactions, inventory, opening/closing), supports visual merchandising, and maintains store standards. Bilingual French and English required.

Lead in-store piercing operations: perform needle piercings, ensure hygiene and legal compliance, manage studio inventory and bookings, deliver exceptional customer service and aftercare education, train and mentor staff, and drive studio sales and appointment occupancy.

As the Lead Piercer, oversee piercing services, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain studio standards, manage inventory, and promote Mejuri's brand and products. Mentor other piercers and educate clients about aftercare and services.
