The Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Product Manager to oversee our product portfolio in line with Roche’s global goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the assigned product portfolio and align local marketing priorities with effective resource allocation.

Define and implement local marketing plans to ensure commercial success, equipping sales teams with necessary knowledge and tools.

Achieve quantitative (sales, KPIs, market share) and qualitative targets for the product line.

Develop and execute the Annual Marketing Plan for the defined portfolio.

Introduce new tests and technologies to the Italian market.

Efficiently manage costs and ensure accurate forecasting.
Qualifications and Experience:

University degree in Life Sciences or Business Management.

3+ years of experience in commercial or marketing operations in the Healthcare sector (IVD experience preferred).

Proficiency in English is required.

Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Effective persuasive abilities and clear presentation skills.

Organized, proactive, and dynamic, with the ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
A 12-month fixed-term contract is offered.
