The Role:
Carrot Fertility is seeking an Associate Product Manager to assist in leading Carrot’s member experience team. This role will partner with product leadership to support member and customer needs, resulting in increased engagement and positive outcomes.
The Team:
You will partner with a talented group of engineers, UX, and a Product Lead to drive the strategy for member experience. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with growth marketing and clinical solutions to develop best-in-class support for members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Internships or related work experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or engineering.
- Proven ability to make strategic decisions utilizing data analytics and interpretation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Proven success working with user experience and growth marketing.
- Expertise in improving healthcare experiences, focusing on the best care possible.
Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $100,000.00 - $110,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
