Job Overview:
As an Associate Product Manager for our indirect tax application, you will be responsible for working with the Product Management team and cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and execute on the product roadmap. You will assist in the development of product strategies, market research, and the creation of product specifications. You will also collaborate with our engineering and design teams to ensure product requirements are met and executed on time and within budget.
About the Role:

Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap for the indirect tax application

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and functionality

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends

Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to ensure that product requirements are met and executed on time and within budget

Assist with the creation of product specifications, use cases, and user stories

Develop and maintain product documentation, including help guides, release notes, and training materials

Work closely with the cross functional team to monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements

Collaborate with our customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption

Participate in customer meetings and user groups to gather feedback and insights
About You:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field

1-3 years of experience in a product management role or related field

Understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based software development
-
Experience working in Agile development methodologies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
