Job Overview

At Relativity, we make software to help users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects. Continuing to deliver on that promise — and to grow our business and enter new markets — depends on having enough cloud capacity provisioned ahead of demand, and on knowing in real time whether our services are meeting the quality and quantity bar our customers expect. This Infrastructure Product Management team owns capacity forecasting and service observability for our cloud infrastructure, giving engineering and business stakeholders a shared, forward-looking view of what we'll need and how our services are performing.
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager who brings a data-driven approach to decision making and treats AI as the primary way they get their work done. You'll use AI-powered tools day to day — to structure and analyze usage and growth data, build capacity forecasts, monitor service health, and turn raw signals into clear, defensible recommendations. You’ll be able to tell whether and when a capacity problem is likely to occur before it affects customers, rather than after. You'll work with engineering and business stakeholders to translate growth plans and new-market launches into capacity forecasts grounded in data, not assumption. This is an opportunity to build both product management and analytical instincts from day one, using AI to move faster and dig deeper than manual analysis alone would allow, while growing toward a future Product Manager role.

Job Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities

  • Use AI-powered tools as your primary way of structuring and analyzing infrastructure usage and growth data, building and maintaining capacity forecasting models with guidance from senior team members.

  • Correlate infrastructure signals with business drivers (growth targets, new-market launches, seasonal demand, customer segments) to determine if and when a capacity problem is likely to occur — spotting it in the data before it becomes an incident.

  • Monitor capacity and utilization dashboards, using AI to help surface anomalies and emerging constraints early enough for engineering to provision ahead of demand.

  • Partner with engineering and business stakeholders, using AI-assisted analysis to translate growth plans and new-market launches into capacity forecasts, and clearly document the data and assumptions behind each one.

  • Draft requirements, forecast summaries, and stakeholder updates with AI as a first pass, then refine for accuracy — keeping stakeholders informed with timely, data-backed updates and escalating risks early.

  • Support recurring capacity and service-health review cadences, using AI to help prepare materials, synthesize takeaways, and track action items and decisions.

  • Conduct check-ins with engineering and business stakeholders to understand upcoming growth plans and infrastructure needs, using AI to help synthesize patterns across conversations and data sources.

  • Maintain a groomed, prioritized backlog of capacity and observability initiatives and deliver on commitments with clear QA criteria, seeking guidance from your manager to re-prioritize as needs shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar) for data analysis, forecasting, or drafting work — through a prior role, internship, or coursework.

  • Comfort with data analysis techniques (e.g., trend analysis, cohort analysis, correlation) to identify patterns and anticipate outcomes rather than just report on them.

  • Exposure to observability or monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana).

  • A demonstrated eagerness to learn continuous discovery practices, hypothesis-driven development, and structured experimentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in product management, business/data analysis, or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable work experience.

  • Hands-on comfort using AI tools as part of day-to-day work.

  • Comfort working with data — spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic querying — to identify trends and support a decision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$94,000 and $142,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
