Job Description:

General Description:

As a (Associate) Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for monitoring market trends, developing brand strategies, implementing promotional campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with opinion leaders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of brand strategy and operational plans. Your expertise in marketing, strong analytical skills, and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry will contribute to our company's growth and market presence.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the products.

  • Design, implement and optimize promotional campaigns, materials, and educational initiatives that are in line with brand strategies own brand KPIS

  • Ensure marketing materials adhere to company standards and regulatory guidelines.

  • Collaborate with salesforce (HSPs), providing clear market direction and guidelines.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with opinion Leaders and other allied healthcare professionals.

  • Plan and develop brand strategies and initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-function teams, particularly collaborate with the Medical team to develop, integrate and implement operational plans to ensure accountability aligning with brand strategy

  • Take accountability in forecasting and budget management activities.

Qualification Required:

Education Required: 

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Biology/Pharmacy.

Qualifications and Competencies: 

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. (PM)

  • Minimum 2~3 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. (Associate PM)

  • Experience in the Oncology market is preferred.

  • Customer-oriented personality with project management and organizational skills.

  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and oral).

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Travel:  20-40% (roughly 1-2 times per week)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Degree preferably in Biology or Pharmacy
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Product Manager level)
  • Minimum 2-3 years marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Associate Product Manager level)
  • Experience in the oncology market
  • Customer-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
