About the Role

The Associate Product Manager will partner closely with internal teams to translate public safety customer needs into product requirements and support implementation through collaboration with development teams. Individuals in this role will join a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that values innovation, accountability, and precision in execution.

This position can be home-based but must be able to work East Coast hours - USA only.

Requirements

  • Minimum Years of Product Management Experience: 0-2 years

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.

  • Understanding software development methodologies like Agile Scrum, Kanban and writing user stories.

  • Experience in Government or Law Enforcement industries and/or public records is a plus.

  • Familiarity with our Law Enforcement products (Accurint Virtual Crime Center and Accurint TraX) is a plus.

  • Education to Qualify: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.

  • US Citizenship is required

Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is an essential function of this role. The successful candidate will be required to pass an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners conducted in compliance with the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information System (“CJIS”) security policy. Employees in this role may also be subject to ongoing criminal background checks as required by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners. Candidates and/or employees who are not certified by state and local law enforcement to access criminal justice information will not be able to perform the essential functions of this role.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $53,900 - $89,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Base Pay Range for CO is $53,900 - $89,800. Base Pay Range for IL is $56,500 - $94,200. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $59,300 - $98,700. Base Pay Range for MD is $56,500 - $94,200. Base Pay Range for NY is $59,300 - $98,700. Base Pay Range for New York City is $64,700 - $107,700. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $53,900 - $89,800. Base Pay Range for OH is $51,200 - $85,300. Base Pay Range for NJ is $63,448- $101,352.
