Job Responsibilities

  • Own the Product: Be the voice of the customer and assume full accountability over end-to-end mobile app experiences for iOS and Android apps across multiple brands.
  • Facilitate Growth: Utilize state-of the-start analytics, data mining, and machine learning methodologies to gain insights into performance, prioritize enhancements, and monetize company goals.
  • Manage Development: Maintain a prioritized product backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, manage dependencies, and translate stakeholder requirements into clear PRDs and test plans.
  • Drive Agile Rituals: Lead product refinements, sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives, all while maintaining velocity and clearing blockers.
  • Coordinate Releases: Manage feature flags, experimentation timelines, deployment plans, Apple Store/Google Play submissions, and stakeholder communications for all new features and enhancements.
  • Integrate with AI: Develop in-app personalization modules, notification ranking algorithms, send-time optimization frameworks, content QA agents, anomaly detection systems, and other AI-forward features.
  • Measure Results: Define KPIs and success criteria, design and run A/B tests, and facilitate ML-driven experimentation such as reinforcement learning.
  • Unlock Potential: Elevate product discovery and size opportunities by querying and analyzing engagement data in BigQuery, ensuring the integrity of GA4 events and clickstream data flows, and performing customer surveys and live interviews.
  • Be a Technology Leader: Partner with engineering & design teams to create long-term strategy and vision for the overall mobile apps experience.
Job Requirements
  • ​Either 2 years related product management experience, or a recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business/Analytics or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills, including basic understanding of machine learning and AI modeling methodologies.
  • Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems & SDKs.
  • Proficiency with SQL, GA4, BigQuery, analytical applications such as Looker or Microstrategy, and some Python preferred.
  • Proven success in execution and management of projects.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization.
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to facilitate meetings, train associates and communicate difficult/sensitive information effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet or exceed deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, service oriented environment.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Business Analytics, or a related field or equivalent business experience required
