Job Description - APM
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliation between records of Asset manager/Fund and Custodians/Prime Brokers
- Ability to identify, investigate and reconcile breaks and follow-up with respective teams for resolution
- Manage and maintain aged breaks to ensure supporting information flows proactively
- Should be able to liaise with internal teams as well as client for information to resolve breaks
- Good understanding of capital market instruments, investment banking process and above average accounting skills
- Should be able to Identify improvement opportunities within process, evaluate impact and facilitate execution
- Responsible for ensuring Process documentation is maintained in an updated fashion at all times
Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations – ability to read situations and act in minutes
Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and stay relevant to business demands
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of eClerx India based operations team.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
