Job DescriptionRequirements
- Experience : 9+ years
- Proven experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Communications, Training, Enablement, or Transformation Programs.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies.
- Experience developing and executing change management plans for business or technology transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience creating communication materials, presentations, training content, and user adoption assets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences across business and technology functions.
- Experience coordinating and supporting training programs, workshops, enablement sessions, and user readiness activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation development capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and audience-specific communication materials.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working within structured program governance and transformation environments.
- Familiarity with change impact assessments, readiness assessments, user feedback collection, and adoption monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and collaboration tools used for program delivery.
- Experience supporting CRM transformation initiatives, including Salesforce programs, is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and fast-paced transformation environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Change Management certifications such as Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support successful adoption of business transformation and technology initiatives at the workstream or program brick level.
- Identify stakeholders, communication channels, engagement approaches, and change impacts to create effective change management plans.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor change management activities to ensure alignment with overall program objectives and timelines.
- Track communication effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption outcomes at the brick level, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create, maintain, and update program deliverables including one-pagers, communication materials, promotional assets, and awareness content.
- Develop high-quality presentations and communication materials tailored to specific topics, stakeholder groups, and leadership requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to established program management, change management, branding, and governance standards.
- Design and execute training and enablement plans to support user readiness and adoption.
- Coordinate training logistics including audience identification, scheduling, invitations, materials preparation, and post-training follow-up activities.
- Support training delivery in collaboration with core team members and subject matter experts.
- Conduct readiness assessments, gather user feedback, and monitor adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Program Change Management Leads and core project teams to align brick-level activities with overall program objectives.
- Prepare inputs and updates for program-level governance reviews, leadership presentations, and status reporting.
- Execute detailed change management activities that support broader transformation and program delivery goals.
- Manage ad hoc requests related to communications, presentations, training, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption activities.
- Maintain alignment with program governance frameworks, delivery cadence, and organizational change management standards.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
