We are looking to add an Associate Pricing Analyst to the team. The person will process incoming contract requests from customers. They will handle the entire process from creating our analysis files based on what we received to tracking awards and pricing feedback internally. You have an eye for detail, and are well equipped to handle high pressure situations with firm deadlines. You will work closely with our Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Product teams to assist in improving the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) process (i.e. Contract Pricing), and meeting customer expectations.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
Facilitate and support sales and operations teams with RFP and bid management for new and incumbent customers
Update and track our progress on initiatives through various internal systems
Coordinate directly with sales if there are questions/ issues that need to be brought up with the customer
Run point on final bid submission to third party portals in collaboration with assigned Account Manager
Daily management of RFP pipeline document from pre-bid activities, to initial bid intake, to internal review process with assigned account manager
Assist with customer mini-bids in collaboration with account managers when requested
Assist in bulk spot pricing requests and other contract-related adhoc analyses as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in a fast paced, results driven role
Working with process or bid management
Managing strong communication and organization skills
Working in a high-pressure deadline driven environment
Managing advanced Microsoft excel / Google Sheets skills alongside and within groups to maintain a collaborative work environment
Proficient in verbal and written English
- Transportation/logistics background is a plus.
