Your role…
As an Associate, PR & Brand for ReSource Pro, you will play a key role in supporting public relations and brand-building efforts through media relations, event coordination, industry awards management, and content creation. This role will assist in researching opportunities, drafting materials, coordinating responses, and collaborating across teams to enhance ReSource Pro's external presence and reputation.
All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.
After 3 months you will…
- Assist in monitoring media coverage and compile daily/weekly media reports
- Research journalists and media outlets to build targeted media lists
- Draft press releases, media pitches, and brief documents; Track press inquiries and coordinate responses with the communications team
- Research relevant industry awards and submission deadlines; Gather supporting materials, data, and narratives for award applications
- Draft award submissions and ensure alignment with brand messaging
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals and endorsements
- Track past and upcoming award submissions to maintain a historical record
- Execute first draft of media advisories and press releases; Draft executive briefing documents as assigned
- Support building PowerPoint presentations and reports for external and internal audiences
- Work closely with the digital team to develop PR-related content
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across PR and marketing initiatives; Assist in cross-functional projects related to communications and branding
What You Need to Be Successful…
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Live in the Eastern time zone
- Prior PR experience or internship
- Attention-to-detail
- Highly organized
- Adaptability to a fast-changing environment
- Ability to leverage available resources and ask clarifying questions to overcome challenges
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by actively seeking clarification and feedback

Your Compensation...
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $10.88 - $23.15 per hour. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
