Job Description

业务管理

• 在指定的区域内, 完成指定产品的业务目标，包括但不限于市场占有率和增长率,并有效地利用资源和控制费用
• 按照公司规定的客户覆盖和拜访频率，制定目标客户的拜访计划并实施
• 有效地运用产品资料,向客户提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题)，使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益
• 保持高水准的专业拜访，不断提高客户的满意度,并建立长久良好的业务关系
• 挖掘现有客户潜力，并不断开发新客户，保证公司产品市场占有率的增长
• 执行公司市场开发策略和计划，完成新产品的进药计划
• 根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品

区域管理

• 通过区域目标管理，确立本辖区的目标和计划，达到预期的业务目标、市场占有率和增长率，并开发辖区内的潜在市场
• 建立和及时更新、反馈并保持一个详尽而准确的客户资料，并利用这些资料来制定行动计划，安排拜访活动，有效及充分地利用时间
• 定期分析区域情况，确立关键潜在客户作为区域发展的重点
• 及时通知客户及主管有关服务，产品，价格，供货渠道、市场发展等方面的信息
• 跟踪、了解医院库存，进货情况，确保合理的库存及防止断货情形的发生
• 确保医院每月产品的消耗，防止产品过期退回
• 与市场和商务部配合，和负责医院内的专家保持良好的业务关系，以使招标和医保目录评审的成功
• 了解竞争产品及竞争对手的活动,收集竞争者的市场资讯,及时反映给上级主管,并提供相应意见
• 及时、准确地完成各项报表
• 有效、合理地使用公司的各项费用和资源

产品知识

• 掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识，确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致
• 通过不断学习,熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练、灵活运用
• 充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,以利于产品推广
• 阅读与产品有关的各类医学杂志,文章与报告
• 了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识

• 确保在日常工作中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度，保证自己的行为符合公司的道德准则和原则
• 保持良好的专业形象,着装符合职业标准，言行举止符合公司要求
• 具有敬业精神,对本职工作积极投入

要求：

学历背景:

• 大专或以上学历；本科，医学、药学或相关专业优先

工作经验:

• 2-3年医药信息专员相关工作经验；外资制药公司工作经验优先

技能:

• 岗位技能：产品及市场知识 ；熟悉业务流程；区域管理；业务的敏锐性；辅导他人
• 行为能力：以客户为中心；聆听；解决问题；正直可靠；以行动为导向
• 进阶行为能力：自我认识；表达技能；时间管理
