Job Description:

Summary:

Experienced Product Engineer for new product development of high speed mixed-signal IC from initial objective spec to mass production. Works including test solution development, product characterization and qualification, yield enhancement, issues related to production solving and continuously quality improvement. 产品工程师，负责高速混合信号IC的新产品开发，从最初的目标规格到大规模生产。工作内容包括测试计划设计、产品特性化表征和可靠性鉴定、产品良率的提升、生产相关的各类问题的解决以及持续的质量改进。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Co-work with design engineer and test engineer to develop product test plan/solutions of new high speed product;

协同IC设计和测试工程师制定高速产品的测试计划和测试方案；

2. Support product characterization and qualification: Characterization/Correlation/ESD/LU/Reliability Qual. and continuously enhance yield and improve quality of devices in mass production.

产品的特性化验证和可靠性鉴定（完整的特性化表征/测试验证/静电测试/栓锁测试/可靠性鉴定等），并持续维护、提高产品批量生产的良率和质量；

3. Collaborate with internal team for engineering sample support and delivery.

协同内部团队，确保工程样品的按时交付；

4. Engage in solving all issues meet internal or external to improve the product quality across the product lifetime.

介入解决产品生命周期中面临的各种内部或外部问题，以提升产品质量；

5. Support on products/process subcon (fab/bumping/assembly/test.etc) transfer.

参与支持产品/制程的外包迁移(晶圆代工/凸点代工/封装/测试等)。

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Master degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering; Bachelor degree with 5 years’ experience in job offered or related position also accepted;

电子工程相关专业毕业的硕士研究生，或拥有5年以上同等岗位的本科生；

2. NPI experience of high-speed IC such as SerDes/DDR/PCIE and digital-analog mixed chip and SOC chip is specially preferred.

具有高速产品诸如SerDes/DDR/PCIE和数模混合SOC的开发经验者优先；

3. Familiar with high speed and mixed signal SOC product characterization and qualification (Characterization/Correlation/ESD/LU/Reliability);

熟悉高速和混合信号SOC产品的特性化验证和可靠性鉴定，包含特性化验证、测试比对、静电测试、栓锁测试、可靠性测试等；

4. Familiar with ATE testing, processing DFT/DFM and data analysis ability is necessary;

熟悉ATE测试，有DFT/DFM和数据处理分析的经验；

5. Process a good sense of responsibility and positive working attitude;

良好的责任心和积极向上的工作态度；

6. Experience of low yield analysis and quality issue solving for new products;

具备低良率数据分析和质量相关问题的处理经验；

7. Experience of managing sub-contractors at different locations.

具备与各地外包商协作的经验；

8. Proficient in the use of various test instruments, including but not limited to high-speed oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.

精通各测试仪器的使用，包括但不限于高速示波器、逻辑分析仪等；

9. Good communication and teamwork skills;

具备良好的沟通技巧和团队精神；

10. Good English reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, CET-4 is a must, CET-6 or above is preferred.

具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，需通过大学英语四级，通过大学英语六级者优先。
