About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate to join our Perth team and work closely with a team of Senior Financial Advisers, Financial Advisers and Associates supporting a portfolio of High-Net-Worth, NFP and First Nations clients.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys the Associate profession and is looking to build a long-term, rewarding career in a specialist client support role.

As a valued member of the advice team, you will be at the centre of the client relationship, playing a critical role in ensuring an outstanding client experience and the seamless delivery of tailored financial advice. Your expertise, attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will make you a trusted and highly respected member of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with advisers, Paraplanners and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing responsive and professional service

  • Support advisers in client meetings and follow-up activities

  • Manage the end-to-end client engagement process, from preparation through to implementation

  • Coordinate client meetings, documentation and workflow activities to ensure a seamless experience

  • Assist with fact-finds, strategy preparation and advice implementation

  • Prepare and review client correspondence and documentation with a high degree of accuracy

  • Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

  • Monitor actions, manage timelines and ensure agreed outcomes are delivered

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the team

About You

You are an experienced Associate or Client Services professional who is passionate about wealth management and enjoys being a trusted partner within an advice team.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Financial Planning Associate, Client Services or Adviser Support role

  • A strong understanding of financial planning practices and advice processes

  • Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills

  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A collaborative approach and desire to be part of a successful, long-standing team

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a Financial Planning Associate, Client Services or Adviser Support role
