The Role
The purpose of this role is work closely with the Digital Performance teams to implement and execute Performance Marketing campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Associate Performance Manager to own the performance channels, be responsible for the execution of the strategy, performance of client KPIs, maintain adherence to deadlines and best practices, as well as lead the day to day relationship with the client. At its core, the role of the Associate Performance Manager is to plan and implement paid media campaigns across all relevant biddable media channels / platforms to achieve the goals and objectives of our clients. This will require strong channel knowledge from the lens of campaign management, as well as high level of comfort with managing large volumes of data.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day lead for the pod of accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and needs
  • Provides day to day implementation, optimization and upload of client campaigns through direct input and supervising junior staff
  • Liaises with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
  • Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
  • Generates campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA and trafficking
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients by developing and implementing effective digital media strategies tailored to each client's goals with actionable next-step recommendations.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across various platforms like Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn etc.,
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
  • Create regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis with team to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including programmatic, data, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the established process.
  • Proven team management skills, particularly with mentoring junior members and progressing their careers

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Performance, digital media planning/activation role, preferably with hands on experience activating Paid Search channels.

- Paid Search: Google Ads, Microsoft Bing

- Paid Social: Meta, TikTok

- Display: Managed service vendors

  • (Good-to-have) Knowledge and Practical expertise in performance measurement and analytics tools including Google CM360, Google/Adobe Analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting recommendations to all management levels (internal and external).
  • Enthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong level of Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, charts, and formulae.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Passionate about and engaged with the fast-changing world of performance media and digital marketing
