Principal Objective of Position:         

As an Associate People Operations Generalist at OpenSpace, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition and people operations functions. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

In addition to recruitment, you will support day-to-day People Operations activities, including employee lifecycle management, HR administration, employee engagement initiatives, and office operations. This role is critical in maintaining efficient HR processes, ensuring accurate employee records, and fostering a productive and well-organized workplace.

Your contributions will directly support business growth by helping build high-performing teams, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring People Operations practices are aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Functions of This Role: 

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in both physical and digital formats.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation and orientation activities.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits programs.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, workshops, and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain confidentiality of employee information, and support a safe and organized work environment.

Education and Experience Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in human resource management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employee records management, and office administration.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, candidate management, and HR data administration.
  • Ability to analyze and maintain employee and recruitment data with a high degree of accuracy.
