About the Role
Respnsibilities
Responsible for all Payroll related operations with accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
Coordinate with the payroll vendor for Salary and flexi pay process and reports.
Collating all inputs that includes New Joiners, attendance, Bonuses, One-Time payments, revision, recoveries, etc that is required for monthly payroll and FnF.
Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll data through the inhouse Payroll representative.
Ensuring the statutory dues like TDS, PF, PT, ESI, etc are remitted on time.
Updating every salary change in the internal CTC master trackers along with effective dates.
Keeping track of future payouts and validating the payments during accruals of the amounts

Experience and Qualifications
- Any graduate degree.
- 2 to 4 yrs of relevant experience in Payroll and Compliance & related roles catering to India and other countries.

- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
- Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes.
- Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS/ Agencies (e.g. DarwinBox, Excelity, Allsec, Ascent) and MS Office (especially Excel).
