Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process deal registration requests in accordance with company policies and guidelines
- Support daily deal approval workflow and meet turnaround time requirements
- Communicate with sales teams and partners to clarify submission details or request missing information
- Track and maintain deal records and documentation
- Escalate exceptions or non-standard cases to senior team members when needed
- Provide general operational support to Partner Operations activities
Qualifications and Competency:
- 1–3 years of working experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree or above is preferable
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Able to follow structured processes and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Basic proficiency in Excel and office tools
- Fluent in Mandarin, working-level English (reading & writing)
- Experience in operations, sales support, or channel/partner-related roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
