Datadog’s Partner Marketing Team is looking for an Associate Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives supporting our channels and alliances function. In this role, you will support our EMEA Partner Marketing Team by executing marketing programs designed to increase partner engagement, generate leads, and expand awareness of Datadog’s solutions within EMEA’s partner ecosystem. This position offers a high-impact opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership while shaping Datadog’s presence in the cloud and channel marketplace.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute regional partner marketing programs, including webinars, demand generation campaigns, enablement sessions, industry events, and social media initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Execute co-marketing efforts with our cloud partners (Google & AWS) and our channel partners to position Datadog’s solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with partner marketing managers, global marketing, product marketing, and sales leadership to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact.
  • Work with our Channels and Alliances Sales teams to successfully promote and drive registration for upcoming events. 
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, reporting on key performance metrics through internal and external quarterly OKRs to ensure continuous optimization.

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 years of experience working in marketing; partner marketing and/or high-tech B2B marketing preferred
  • Demonstrated success in marketing roles that are external-facing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and feel comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others
  • Marketing campaign management experience, specifically across digital webinars or in person events
  • You have experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Ability to analyze data and trends
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
