Description
Job Summary
The Associate Partner Development Manager executes and evolves the growth strategy for a single assigned Genetec, translating partner priorities into seller-ready programs, offers, enablement, and services-attached motions. The role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Presales, and partner stakeholders to drive revenue growth, investment utilization, and partner adoption, while providing insights that help inform broader partner strategy and future go-to-market priorities. Compared with the Partner Development Manager, scope is a single partner rather than a portfolio or category, the planning horizon is annual rather than multi-year, and executive engagement is supported rather than owned. This is an individual contributor role working across PPM, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Presales, and partner stakeholders. Success is measured by partner revenue and margin growth, investment utilization, seller adoption, and services attach. Scope alignment: This role typically aligns to a single partner. The assigned scope for this position is Genetec and Category/Solution focus.
What you will do:

* Support co-sell activities, account mapping, opportunity registration, and joint engagement efforts with partner and CDW sales teams.
* Analyze pipeline, enablement, investment, and services performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations that help shape future partner priorities and go-to-market execution. Key Performance Indicators
