Job Description:
- Perform data entry and processing using Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Carry out various back-office activities on online platforms as per client guidelines
- Ensure timely and high-quality task delivery
- Proactively escalate any task-related issues to the management team
- Conduct online research to verify and validate information when needed
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to meet team targets
- Participate in client calls and follow instructions to execute tasks accurately
Job Specifications:
- Fresh graduate from any discipline.
- Good computer skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Excellent understanding of English (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
- Very good cognitive ability / aptitude.
- Must be able to adapt to changes in work hours. (Including night shifts)
