The successful Associate Operations Processor will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. They have the desire and motivation to constantly improve their ability to perform each function quickly and accurately.
In this role, you will:
- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
- Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
- File, photocopy, and answer phones
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Work under close supervision following established procedures
- Support Operations in completing complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
- Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
- Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience supporting wire transfer operations and related payment processing activities.
- Knowledge of Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations and compliance requirements.
- Previous production or operations experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Quality Control (QC) and/or Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
- Working knowledge of GSMOS and Fircosoft systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Schedule:
- Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 12:00 am - 9:00pm or (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)
- You will be receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.
- Training will be for 3 weeks Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or You are required to complete the full duration of the training
- We're open from Monday - Friday, 7:30 am
- This position is hybrid
- No Relocation is available
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
