- 5+ years of work experience in cash posting (depository reconciliation ,depository renew and denials ) RCM -U.S healthcare
- 2.5 years + as people manager /team handling of ~15-20 members
- Shift :6PM onwards ( To be open for Flexible Shift )
- Periodically review teams performance and recommend performance improvement plan wherever required, also suggest and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology and suggesting automation of repetitive processes
- Hands on in preparing daily, weekly & monthly operational metrics reports from the Practice Management/Billing System and workflow tool using MS-Excel
- Identify trends and patterns from the generated reports and initiate action plan to resolve the process related issues
- Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report KPIs; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as required
- Establish a strong relationship with Team Managers by demonstrating the gaps, trends & patterns identified during the data/report compilation.
